The Group of Companies includes: design organization, several general contracting organizations, several highly-specialized organizations in different construction areas, construction project owner organization and a development company. The organizations structure in our Group of Companies and the level of our experts allow us to be engaged successfully in implementation of any construction projects, ranging from an allocation of land zones to put the facilities into commission their warranty and post-warranty service.
One of our major projects is the construction of the Technology Park in the Noginsk district of the Moscow region. In 2006 we came to the clean field and now since 2009 there is a successfully functioning the Technology Park as a part of structures and facilities of various types on the area of more than 100 Hectares. We’ve started with the creation of infrastructure: we’ve built an energy hub with a capacity of 32 MW on the basis of gas-turbine plants, constructed general utilities for supplying resources (heat, electricity, water, sewage drainage), and built roads. We have created an operating structure to ensure the normal functioning of the Technology Park. Since 2012 we have started the construction of the second stage of the Technology Park.
In recent years, we have designed and built several large production and warehouse facilityes. The main ones are: the warehouse facility in Moscow for the pharmaceutical company “Protek” with a total area of 14,000 m2, the logistics facilities for the customs warehouse facility “Transservice” company in Pushkino, the Moscow Region with a total area of 66,000 m2, the printing facility for “Printing facility “Pushkinskaya Ploshchad” OJSC in Moscow with a total area of 45,000 m2, the hypermarket for O’KEY retail chain in Noginsk,
the Moscow Region with a total area of 19,500 m2, the printing facility for “Pervyj poligraficheskij kombinat” LLC
in Krasnogorsk with a total area of 32,000 m2, the warehouse facility for the Quick Mix Group in Noginsk with a total area of 12,400 m2, the trading warehouse facility for the “Stroydepo” retail chain in Noginsk with a total area of 11,000 m2, the high-storage warehouse for
“Polygraphic facility “Pushkinskaya Ploshchad” OJSC in Moscow with a total area of 7,300 m2, the warehouse facility for the Metro Group in Noginsk with a total area of 47,000 m2, the multifunctional educational facility of the “Kupavna” autodrome for the Federal Security Service of Russia in Kupavna with a total area of 110,000 m2 , the production and warehouse facility for Peri in Noginsk with a total area of 32,000 m2, the first stage of the energy hub for the Technology Park in Noginsk with a total capacity of 32 MW.
In 2013 was completed: the design and construction of the first stage of the production and warehouse facility for Oriflame cosmetics S.A. in Noginsk with a total area of 36,000 m2, the design and construction of the Moscow Raceway multifunctional autodrome in Volokolamsk, where prestigious car and motorcycle races of world series are held. At the present time we are working on the design and construction of the second stage of: the production and warehouse facility for Oriflame cosmetics S.A. in Noginsk with a total area of 23,000 m2, the manufacturing and storage facility for “Khlebprom” LLC in Noginsk with a total area of 23,800 m2, the second stage of the production and warehouse facility for Hubner (we built the first stage and put it into commission in 2007) in Noginsk with total area 10200m2.
