The business relations developed over the years allow us to perform appropriate cooperation between the Technical Customer, the General Designer and the General Contractor. This is an important advantage that provides the most cost-effective, high-quality implementation of the project and quick putting the facilities into commission.

Under this scheme the Developer has a number of significant advantages over the usual scheme of construction:
